Located less a 10 minute walk from the south exit of Ayabe Station,

Local Life Wakamatsu is a great option for a family or a large group.

The newly renovated traditional Japanese home is a perfect blend of traditional and modern.

The large home has two small bedrooms upstairs each with two beds and two downstairs bedrooms have futons and can sleep another 8 people for a total sleeping space for 12 people.

In addition the home also has a small room just off the entrance hall with a traditional Japanese irori hearth (non-functional but very unique and beautiful), a large dining room, a large fully outfitted kitchen, two bathrooms, a shower room with a large bath and a small private garden in the back of the house.

The home also has a washing machine if you need to do some laundry.

Conveniently located just a short walk away are numerous restaurants and bars as well as a large grocery store and a 24 hour convenience store.

Local Life Wakamatsu is a great home away from home and makes a great base for exploring Ayabe City and the surrounding area.

There is also a small parking lot behind the house where you can park if you come by car.
