Ichiju Issai no Yado Chabu Dining

コラム画像.png

Experience the traditional yet relaxed atmosphere of this charming farmhouse with more than a 100 year history. A full dinner and breakfast cooked with homegrown organic rice, vegetables and homemade miso will be served around the Japanese-style fireplace. Guests can experience the simple, healthy and tasteful ichiju issai cooking if prefer. These meals are vegetarian-style, available as vegan. Enjoy the cute and cozy rotenburo (outside bathtub) and deck looking over the surrounding scenery with the rice fields, chestnut trees and kaki (persimmon) trees. Guests can observe or even experience Japanese traditional farming. Local tours are also available. (Additional fees may apply.) The owners speak Japanese, English and Spanish. They used to live a busy corporate life in Tokyo and shifted gears to this slower way of living which you will enjoy, too!
